Nighthum is made by PXL Security LTD, Sofia, Bulgaria. This policy describes what the Nighthum iPhone app does with information. The short version: nothing leaves your phone.
Your tinnitus pitch match, your chosen sounds and levels, your sleep timer preferences, and your diary entries (loudness, bother, optional sleep rating, optional note, minutes of masking played). All of this is written to the app's own storage on your device.
Nothing. Nighthum contains no networking code, no analytics, no advertising and no third-party SDKs. It does not create accounts and has no server. In the App Store privacy label Nighthum declares Data Not Collected.
Nighthum Pro is sold through Apple's App Store using StoreKit. Apple handles payment and receipts; Nighthum only reads the entitlement Apple reports to the app. We never see your payment details. Apple's privacy policy applies to the purchase: apple.com/legal/privacy.
The Listen screen uses device tilt to move the painted layers. Tilt is read on the device and never recorded. Audio output is used for playback only; the app never records audio.
Deleting the app deletes everything it stored. Individual diary entries can be deleted from the Diary tab. The pitch match can be cleared from the More tab.
Nighthum is not directed at children under 13 and collects no information from anyone.
If this policy changes, the new version will be published at this address with a new effective date.
